If you use the "Forgot Password" option when logging in to Infinite Campus and you don't get the email to change the password, you do not have an "Account Security Email" set up in your Infinite Campus Portal. Email Sheri: ssanbeck@isd1.org to reset your password and then you will be able to add your security email.
